E.L. Bailey’s commitment to innovation, efficiency and service is based on a foundation built over 30 years of diverse construction and real estate industry experience. In 1975, Mr. Edward Bailey founded ReggMark Investments, a property renovation and rental venture. Upon its sale, Blanket Insulation Company was established to address a demand for energy conservation programs for such companies as MichCon, Detroit Edison, Consumers Power, Oakland County, Wayne County, and the city of Detroit. In turn, relationships were built and a reputation established that would lead to client requests for additional construction services and expertise.

In 1985, E.L. Bailey & Company was formed—serving clients and partnering with other well-noted construction firms in the metropolitan Detroit area. Today, E.L. Bailey & Company is a thriving, multi-million dollar construction manager with a diverse and unparalleled portfolio of successfully completed projects throughout the southeast Michigan region.
